The Belpre Soccer Club organizes a fundraising campaign “Score a Goal for Jack” for the family

Belpre, Ohio (WTAP) – The Belpre Soccer Club organized the “Score a Tor for Jack” fundraiser on Saturday morning.

Jack Shutts was a member of the Belpre Soccer Club before diagnosing brain cancer.

According to Rick Seebaugh, the Vice President of the Belpre Soccer Club, Jack died less than a month ago.

When the club was informed about Jack's death, they immediately took action to help the family.

“We had got the wind that it was sick and we followed the story and then we heard on our Facebook group, and so on that Jack had died. So we immediately went down, went into parents' mode and began to prepare things,” said Seebaugh.

The club decided that they would organize a fundraising campaign entitled “Score a Tore for Jack”.

The family of the family scored $ 1 for each goal.

Burger King also offered to take his hand by corresponding to its donation collar for dollars with a limit of 500 US dollars.

Seebaugh said that the club would always borrow their hand when one of their families is in need.

“Listen that pain is something that nobody wants to feel, you know, nobody wants to have to go through anything. So, everything that our club can alleviate a bit. We will absolutely do it. This club is based on parents. You know the parents of the children who help to run in this matter.

The Shutts family also brought bracelets to sell in the game that was sold out within an hour.
