Father was charged with having killed the son one day after the police death

The police claim that the father had made and killed a sheriff deputy by the police a day after A Ohio's 18-year-old son of a man of Ohio.

Rodney Hinton Jr. 38, is charged with severe murder and captured without binding. The alleged attack came hours after watching police recordings of the deadly encounter with his son, the lawyer for the Hinton family.

Cincinnatis police chief said “There is a connection” between the two cases, although there was no indication that the father knew the died deputy.

Ryan Hinton was killed after having spread a weapon with the police during a stolen vehicle examination, say officials. A weapon was found at the scene. There is no indication that he fired it.

The non -mentioned MP led the traffic outside the completion of the University of Cincinnati when he was fatally hit on Friday around 1:00 p.m.

In a court hearing on Saturday, the public prosecutor claimed that Mr. Hinton “in a way that was calculated and deliberate, set up his car, intentionally accelerated his car and deliberately caused the death of a deputy sheriff”.

According to reports, dozens of officers have reported the courtroom during the hearing.

On Friday around 10:00 a.m., Mr. Hinton and his family members gathered in the office of their lawyer to watch the police who were shot by the police.

The lawyer Michael Wright said in a statement that Mr. Hinton was “understandably disturbed” that the police capacity material could be observed and the video could not end.

The meeting included members of the Cincinnati Police Department.

“After the meeting with the police department, Ryan left Hinton's father in his own vehicle, and that was the last time we heard from him until he was involved in the tragic incident in which a law enforcement officer was involved in a traffic detail near the University of Cincinnati,” continued the lawyer.

“This is an unimaginable tragedy for this community,” she added. “Ryan Hinton's family is broken by this tragic turn of events with a broken heart and we are all devastated for the family of the killed officer.”

The short, blurry video shows an officer who writes “weapon” before shots ringing during a chase. The investigators say that the shootout was justified because the teenager directed a weapon in the direction of the officer. From the blurred film material is unclear when the teenager wore a gun or where it may have been shown when it was shot.

“We do not expect the officials to wait until they will be released,” said Teresa Theetge, police chief of Cincinnati, reporters in a briefing on Friday.

Two other teenagers were arrested during the same incident.

The governor of Ohio, Mike Dewine, condemned the murder of the deputy and said in a statement: “I was informed about the ongoing studies and I was ill with an intentionally act of violence.”

“We offer the family, friends and colleagues from the MP of our sincerely.”

Mr. Wright also spent the deputy on behalf of the Hinton family.

“This is a terrible tragedy on both sides. This family has lost her son and this police officer has lost his life,” he told the Cincinnati Enquirer.
