2026 Traditional date for Young Park -suspect

For the two teenagers and an adult, a test date was determined that was suspected of killed three teenagers and on March 21, 15 to injure others during a shootout in Young Park.

Nathan Rivas, Josiah Oniveros and Tomas Rivas appeared in court on May 1st. Together with Gustavo Dominguez on February 9, 2026, the three will be brought to trial on February 9, 2026, which is expected to take three weeks.

All are three counts of the first degree murder.

“We have preferred an earlier court hearing because I believe that the victims have to wait less time for justice,” said Fernando Macias, Prosecutor's Prosecutor of Doña Ana. “Nevertheless, we respect the schedule of the court and are fully prepared to continue making ahead if the hearing is received.”

According to the public prosecutor, all three minors are brought to court as adults.
