The FBI arrested Plonski on Wednesday, and a special representative of Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Dosia assisted FBI specialist agent during the survey. Plonski said he started a relationship with a user in the social media application KIK in 2022.

“The two involved a dominant/submissive relationship in which (Plonski) was submissive,” said the complaint. “Finally, this user (Plonski) instructed to send videos from (HIM) who perform sexual actions” about the child whose relationship with Plonski was not specified in the complaint.

Plonski told the law enforcement authorities that he sent four or five videos from him who sexually attacked the child in his house in Shakopee. He said, after taking up the “four or five” incidents and sent “he believed that he was in 2022”, “he hired sexual contact with the victim and has not touched them since then”.

In the FBI's criminal complaint, the actions took place between 2022 and May 2023. The incumbent US lawyer for Minnesota Lisa Kirkpatrick said in a statement: “While she puts on his uniform, Plonski committed one of the most robbery crimes in advance.”

Plonski was represented on Friday by a federal public defender in court; A lawyer for him was not listed in the newly submitted case by Scott County.

“The alleged crimes are terrible,” said the BCA superintendent Drew Evans in a statement. “This child has experienced unimaginable sexual abuse. We will continue our stubborn striving for criminals that prepare our children – our most endangered residents.”

The lawyer of Scott County, Ron Hocevar, said his office “will pursue all potential fees and maximum penalties that are held accountable”.

Plonski became a state trooper in 2022 and is on vacation, with an internal examination being underway.

He stays in the prison of Sherburne County in federal custody.
