Nevada State Police examines a fatal crash near Moapa Valley

Las Vegas (KSNV) – A tragic accident on Sunday afternoon near Moapa Valley, according to Nevada State Police, led the death of two young people.

According to the NSP, the crash occurred at 3:30 p.m. near Milkarker 100 on the Interstate 15 to the north.

The Nevada State Police Highway Patrol reported that the incident concerned several vehicles.

In addition to the two deaths, four people with non -life -threatening injuries were brought to a local hospital.

Another person was flown by Mercy Air and remains in a critical condition, say officials.

All lanes to the north are currently closed, whereby the traffic is distracted by the IR15/100 exit and enters again via the Nordbound ramp.

It is recommended by drivers to expect delays and statements, as it has ongoing construction and lane melting in the region.
