Cyclists killed in the crash of the Lake County, say soldiers, say soldiers

Lake County, Fla. – According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a pickup was killed in an accident on Sunday evening.

Soldiers said that the crash was taking place in County Road 473 and in Fountain Lake Boulevard around 6:30 p.m.

According to a crash report, a Toyota Tacoma WS that drives south to County Road 473, south of Fountain Lake Boulevard.

At the same time, a cyclist drove north to the south outside the shoulder.

Soldiers said the cyclist had deviated on the direct path of the pickup and, as a result, the front of the tacomy hit the bike.

The cyclist, who was identified as a 69-year-old Eustis man, was declared dead at the crime scene.

The pickup driver, who was identified as a 61-year-old man from Leesburg, was not injured and remained on site.

The crash is examined.
