12 arrested for drug, weapon, gang accusation

A dozen men who are involved in a fight on Friday at the crime scene look at drug, gait and weapon members after members of the Statesboro Bulloch County crime press team responded to calls.

When CST officers and MPs arrived, several suspects fled into cars and on foot, but many were arrested, said Anderson.

The Statesboro police, Kyle Briley, and his K9 partner Rio, Assisted and Rio, “alerted on several vehicles”, which led to a large amount of marijuana of four cars. In addition, a loaded pistol was confiscated with a wiped identification sign, he said.

Some of the detained men were determined to have gang bonds and were charged accordingly, said Anderson.
