Father and son who was accused of shoting the death of Montgomery Man

A father and a son are in front of indictment points before the death of a man at the death of a Montgomery man.

Montgomery's police report that 36 -year -old Jamahl Jackson from Montgomery was fatally shot on May 4th. Police and fire medicine found Jackson at 4 a.m. and reacted to a shootout about the Highland Avenue Street. Jackson was declared dead at the crime scene.

MPD identified both Curtis London Sr. (37) and his son Curtis London Jr. (19), both from Montgomery, as a suspect in death. The father and the son are both charged for capital murder and will be held in the Montgomery County prison from May 4th.

MPD has not published any details about how the filming has taken place. The examination continues.
