Braun Levi Death: Loyola High School Tennisstar, who was killed by allegedly drunk drivers on the beach of Manhattan, the police say, the police say

Manhattan Beach, California (KABC) – A congregation mourns after a tennis star of the Loyola High School was shut down by a suspected drunk driver in Manhattan Beach.

Friends and relatives can handle the death of 18-year-old Braun Levi, who was removed one month before the end.

The Manhattan Beach police said that he was walking with a friend at the Sepulveda Boulevard at 1 a.m. when he was struck.

The driver, the 33-year-old Jenia Belt, is now confronted with possible dui and murder suspicions.

On Sunday evening, Levi's close school community packed a prayer vigils filled with tears on campus.

The groups say they find strength and are now wondering how they will go forward without their boyfriend.

“Braun was a friend and an inspiration for me. He was a friend for everyone who knew him, and we are all better known to have known him,” Asst. Director Paul Jordan said. “Braun loved his family, he loved Loyola, he loved his Palisades community and he loved you all, his fellow boys.”

Levi is survived by his parents and older sister.

His tragic death was only a few weeks after he was nationwide in tennis and days after another victory at the Court of Justice.

“May Braun's belief, the joy of everyday life and his desire to love all people, inspire us all, to live to the fullest every day. We pray to the Lord,” said a friend at the vigil.

The La Times reports that Levi and his family have recently lost their home in the Palisades Fire.

The belt is kept without a deposit.
