Dossier of the alleged Sudankschregs crimes that were handed over to the cities of the cities | Global development

Scotland Yard has received a dossier of evidence that documented countless alleged war crimes, which were committed by a paramilitary group during the conflict in Sudan.

Lawyers have submitted a 142-page evidence file with information on numerous atrocities, which were committed by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) to the war crimes of the Metropolitan Police.

Compiled by a team of lawyers based in London who have specialized in international law, it documents murders, torture and mass rape. It was created to support the global efforts to blame perpetrators, and the lawyers asked that the MET unit-a part of the power command of the armed forces, known to be chosen, is checked by the dossier before it forwards to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in order to provide the investigation into RSF-neck boxes in the west of Sudan support.

In its third year, the catastrophic war between the RSF and the Sudanese military triggered the largest humanitarian crisis in the world, at least 150.00 people and forced 12 million from their houses.

The lawyers said that the documents given to the Met on Monday indicate that the management of the RSF was responsible for repeated war crimes and concentrating on the legal principle of “commanding responsibility” – that commanders knew or should have known about the atrocities committed by their troops.

Former international judge Sir Howard Morrison described the weight of the dossier's evidence as “convincing”.

“The new approach through the highly respected offices of the SO15 gives the potential accountability obligation of those who are responsible for the atrocities who have visited numerous victims in Darfur,” said Morrison.

The senior lawyer Lucia Brieskova added: “We believe that this submission will contribute to the fight against impunity by many in the Darfur in Sudan.”

The case was instructed by a Sudanese Pro Democracy supporter, which the guardian does not call for security reasons.

It is expected that the International Court of Justice will make a judgment on whether the United Arab Emirates can be “on the Murder of the Murder” by arming the RSF in the civil war of the Sudan.

The case was brought by Sudan, who said that the VAE had armed the RSF with the aim of extinguishing the non-Arabian Masalite population of West-Darfur. The VAE said the case was a cynical advertising work.

The Trump government recently characterized atrocities that the RSF committed as a genocide in Darfur, and confirmed a name made by the Biden administration in January.

The submission sent to Scotland Yard states that the evidence of the UN, human rights groups and the media was committed to RSF troops.

“Steps should have been taken by the RSF leadership to tackle the situation.

“Taken together, these direct and cumbersome evidence makes it clear that the RSF leadership either knew or should have known that the war crimes were committed by the RSF in Darfur. Therefore, they have a case that can answer according to international criminal and humanitarian law,” it says.

Although the ICC examination focuses on war crimes in Darfur, reports on atrocities are created across the country.

Last week showed that at least 31 people, including children, were killed by the RSF in Khartoums Zwillingsstadt Omdurman online in circulation of film material.

The Sudanese army also looks like the allegations of having committed atrocities against civilians, with its leaders sanctioned by the United States.
