Blockbuster -nba trades for teams who are willing to risk everything

Houson Rakets received: Kevin Durant

Phoenix Sun received: Fred Vanvleet, Cam Whitmore, a 2025 pick of the first round (your own), a 2027 first round (your own) and a 2028 pimple of the first round (lottery protected)

You could be a goal scorer who deals with a championship. Their defense and persistence are already built for the largest stage in basketball, but they do not have the creation and shot to survive four playoff rounds. However, make a deal for Durant, and suddenly one of the greatest scorers in history could take care of it.

He even has a story with head coach Ime Udoka, who worked with Durant in Brooklyn and the USA basketball.

“His daily approach is different from everyone I have seen nearby,” Udoka told Durant's reporters. “… he is a guy with all the awards he has, he still has a champion, is grumpy every other day, but he sticks to a high standard.”

While Durant is not in the timeline of the team, this is much less important if the rockets need what this brings and is otherwise willing to claim them. Since he is on the older side (37 in September), they don't have to go all over to get it. The costs would obviously still be considerable, but there is a way on which they add to Durant without losing Alpers Şengün, Amen Thompson, Jalen Green, Jabari Smith Jr., Reed Sheppard or TAASON.

You may have burned your bridge with Durant after doing it blindly at the beginning of this season. Even if you hadn't done it, you could reasonably conclude that your current list is stuck-for the round-Sweep in the past season, the game has not to do this time and required a large trade to be selected for your collection for the collection.

If you even go to Durant-or even Devin Booker, you would probably prefer to do business with the Suns, who control three of your next five picks in the first round. This trade would give back two of them, although Houston will probably only give up the lottery in 2025. Nevertheless, the first three, a veteran in cultural education in Vanvleet and a 20-year-old explosive shooter in Whitmore for a 36-year-old with a growing injury story, which it might want. This is good business.
