The Red Sox Walker Walkener makes the admission of shoulder injuries

The Red Sox play it safe with one of their most important arms.

Last Friday (retrospectively until April 29th), Boston laid the 15-day-day injuries due to bursitis with the right shoulder on the 15-day injured list of 15-day injuries. It was certainly a frustrating development for the Red Sox, which recently overcame the injury situations in the early season, in which the starter Lucas Giolito and Brayan Bello were involved.

Fortunately for Buehler and his team, the shoulder problem does not seem to be serious. In fact, the two-time World Series champion would have pushed him through if Boston had been to a point in the season where the missions were higher.

“If this is October, we won't have this conversation,” said Buehler on Sunday the reporter on Sunday before the Red Sox, 5: 4 defeat of the Minnesota Twins in Fenway Park, according to Boston Globe.

Buehler found it a bit “embarrassing” to land on the IL, but he recognized that it was “the right one” in the campaign at that time. The experienced right -handed expected three starts to miss the most before he reset to Boston's rotation.

In the meantime, Buehler will continue to act as spectators, including Tuesday when the Red Sox open a series with three games at home against Texas Rangers.
