The authorities say that the deputy OHIO deputy of father, whose son was killed by the police, say the authorities say

A crash in which a deputy in Ohio was killed on Friday when he headed the traffic seemed to be intended and was committed by the father of a teenager who was shot by a police officer the day before.

Rodney Hinton Jr., 38, was charged with severe murder after the deputy Larry Henderson was hit and killed on Friday when he worked in a traffic detail for a final ceremony at the University of Cincinnati.

He is accused of deliberately hit Henderson, not long after Body Cam Video was released when Hinton's son was shot by a police officer in Cincinnati during a stolen car investigation. The 18 -year -old Ryan Hinton died of his injuries.

The police shot and killed him when they said that he was aiming a gun on an officer.

The deputy was outside of his car at the time of the collision, whereupon he was brought to the UC Medical Center in a critical condition, but the police died shortly afterwards.

Hinton appeared in court on Saturday and was to return for a hearing on May 6th.

Lawyers represented by the Ryan Hinton family published an explanation on Saturday. The father and the family members had met in the police chief's office on Friday morning to check the bodycam film material of an official who shoots the teenager.

“Ryan Hinton's family, including Ryan's father, was present at the meeting and they were understandably disturbed when they looked at the bodycam video,” said the public prosecutor.

“After the meeting with the police authority, Ryan left Hinton's father in his own vehicle, and that was the last time we heard from him until he was involved in something about the tragic incident in which a law enforcement officer was involved in a traffic detail near the University of Cincinnati,” added the press release.

The law firm called it an “unimaginable tragedy” for the community and offered the family and colleagues of the officer “cordial condolences”.

The sheriff Charmaine McGuffey, the sheriff of Hamilton County, said that the deputy Henderson was retired, but still served as a special deputy. It served as a deputy for 33 years.

“In the early term of Deputy Henderson as the deputy of the sheriff, I recognized his talent for class and presentation. Larry started his journey as a sheriff's office coach at the beginning of his career,” said McGuffey. “He developed specialist knowledge and became an excellent trainer. Then he formed divisions of the Sheriff office of the Hamilton County, which included hundreds of deputy sheriffs.

The sheriff's office added that Henderson's drawing number No. 129 will be retired.
