Tallahassee – Softball head coach from Florida State State Lonni Alameda announced the second outfield on Monday Kennedy Harp suffered an injury against Louisville at the end of the season on April 27th.
“My heart goes to Kennedy and Louisville's injury at the end of the end of the season,” said Alameda. “Every athlete and trainer knows that an injury is part of the game, but it is so difficult to see that it happens.
“I am definitely disappointed with the situation, but I will remain positive and concentrate on what I can control,” said Harp. “Although I am currently unable to contribute to the field, I am fully obliged to support my team in every conceivable way from the sidelines. I am incredibly grateful for the love, encouragement and wishes that I have received. It really means much. This trip is not over yet.
The FSU is number 1 in the ACC tournament and will play against Georgia Tech or CAC in the ACC Network on Thursday morning.
