Chase ends in the fatal crash of Bacon Street; State investigations underway

Two people were killed in a motorcycle accident shortly after midnight on Saturday after they had supposedly fled the police.

On May 3, the state police reacted to the Bacon Street in Glens Falls at 12.23 p.m. to receive reports on a motorcycle accident.

The driver was identified as Alex S. Morehouse, 38 from Warrenburg, and the passenger of the motorcycle as Suzie J. ETU, 38, from South Glens Falls. According to the police, both suffered serious injuries during the crash. Morehouse was declared deceased at the crime scene and ETU was later declared deceased in Glens Falls Falls Hospital, the police said.

According to the police, the state police tried to stop the motorcycle involved on State Route 9 near the intersection of the hidden Farmstrasse in Queensbury because of a speed violation, but the motorcycle supposedly did not comply.
