What the Jesse Winker injury means for New York Mets

The New York Mets had a hard weekend in St. Louis when they dropped two out of three to the cardinals and made a major injury injury in game 1 of the Douleheader on Sunday.

Jesse Winker, who rarely appeared on the left field in the opener, left this competition with a weird injury that was to lead to a trip to the injured list. Marte has a difficult start this season and beats with two homes and 12 RBI in 57 bats. The Mets have picked up a Homer and four RBI in the past 11 years in the past 11 years when he looked more convenient at the court.
