The event took place early Sunday morning in the village of Sarai Hriday Shah, which is only eight kilometers from the district capital and falls under the authority of the Gauriganj police station. According to the Times of India, Ashish and Ravi were killed by a group of men during a verbal disagreement during the wedding reception.

According to the police, Cousins ​​Ashish and Ravi with Rohit, the groom's cousin, have a discussion on a food session on Sunday (May 4th) during the wedding festival. The verbal discussion quickly escalated with threats. Witnesses said Rohit and his guests felt humiliated by the young people's outs.

At 1 a.m., Rohit and his friends, who were armed with iron bars, hockey sticks and Lathis, followed Ashish, Ravi and their companions when they tried to escape the wedding location. Although it managed to flee the cousins ​​friends, Ashish and Ravi were arrested by the group. The two cousins ​​were malignant and bleed on the street when the gang continued to hit her with her weapons and fists.

When witnesses noticed their damaged corpses, they hurried to a nearby hospital, where their serious injuries led to transfers to Aiims Rae Bareli and then Lucknow. Ravi was declared dead on arrival in the hospital, while Ashish died on the way there.

Amethi Assistant SP Harendra Kumar announced toi that a formal complaint to initiate a formal examination (FIR) against 13 people, eight named and five mentioned unnamed, had led because of turmoil and murder.

A hunting continues to record the remaining criminals and three people who were identified as the suspect of the crime have already been arrested.
