Le Mar's wife changes her request in the death of her child

Le Mars, Iowa (Kiv)-a woman who is charged with murder on her two-year-old child has changed her plea.

Court documents submitted on May 5 show that the 27-year-old Sexlyn Tataichy has concluded a declaration of consent.

The plea would see how she guilty of one of the three charges against her: child's risk, which leads to death. This indictment could have up to 50 years in prison.

The refund is also paid for $ 150,000.

The state would then drop the first and third indictment against them, a second degree murder and children's risk – several acts.

The case comes from an incident on April 29, 2024, in which the police of Le Mars and Le Mars Rescue for reports on an unconscious child to 234 3rd Ave. SW were sent.
