Lebanon police are looking for information on the fatal I-40 crash

Lebanon, tenn. (WSMV) – The Lebanon Police Department (LPD) is looking for information in connection with a fatal crash of April 21.

LPD said that the officials reacted at 9:15 a.m. on April 21 to a crash on Interstate 40 East near Mile Marker 235.

Preliminary examinations show that the driver was ejected from his Ford F-150 after the average hit.

LPD said the driver was taken to a hospital in Nashville, but died of his injuries days later.
