The death of the 18-year-old could have been the result of Tikok Priank-NBC4 Washington

An 18-year-old high school senior died early Saturday from a shootout, which may be due to a tictok prank.

Around 3 a.m. – the day of the Massaponax High School Prom – a homeowner Michael Bosworth Jr. in McKenzie Lane in Spotsylvania County was fatally shot.

The homeowner says that Bosworth and two other teenagers tried to penetrate into the house.

One of the other teenagers who was grazed by a ball told Detective that they did not break in to steal something. They said they had ding-dong ditch pranks and for Tikkok videos.

A detective tracked down the third teenager who was not shot. This teenager gave the same account and offered her phone to show a similar video that was previously shot this evening.

The sheriff office of the Sheriff of Spotsylvania County did not say whether this story was checking. The Commonwealth lawyer of Spotsylvania County checks the evidence to determine whether the indictment is appropriate or whether it was a legitimate shootout.

Bosworth, senior at Massaponax, played lacrosse and football and ran, his father said.
