Sam Hauser -Wärung -Update: Celtics Guard is leaving the end of the third quarter

BOSTON – Sam Hauser wave his right ankle at the end of the third quarter of the Celtics games 1 against the Knicks. The Celtics listed him as questionable to return.

The injury occurred in a three -point attempt with 29 seconds in the third quarter with a three -point attempt by Hauser Foulled Knick's striker OG Anunoby. He immediately crouched on the floor and was helped shortly afterwards by Celtics coach Drew Moore into the changing room.

Hauser did not play in the first half of the Monday game. In the third quarter he checked 4:26 on the left and missed his two three -point attempts when he checked in. Hauser scored an average of 8.5 points per game at 45.1% in 21.7 minutes for the Celtics 41.6% of three.

Hauser was the second Celtics rotation winner who left the game early on Monday. Kristapaps Porzingis left the game in the middle of the second quarter with what the Celtics described as a non-ball disease. Porzingis is also questionable to return.
