What's going on with Boston Big Man Kristaps Porzingis?

The Celtics pulled porzingis in the middle of the second quarter of their opening game against the New York Knick in the semi -finals of the Eastern Conference Monday evening.

While he appeared shortly after half-time, he went back to the changing room and the Celtics announced that thanks to a non-ball disease, he was questionable to return to the game.

Porzingis was not before game 1 in the injury report.

He missed all four of his attempts to shoot and won four rebounds in the 14 minutes he played. The 7-2, 240 pound center/striker is an average of 19.5 points and 6.8 rebounds.

In the opening round against Orlando Magic, Porzingis suffered a cut on the forehead that required stitches.

In February and March, he missed 11 games with an upper respiratory disease. During last season in Boston to the title, Porzingi's six games with a calf pollution. He returned to the NBA final, just to suffer a foot injury that an operation required outside of the season.
