Nitun 'Nate' Dayalghai Ahir was accused on Monday

Ventura County, California – On Monday, Nitun 'Nate' Dayalghai Ahir of Thousand Oaks was charged with early indictment for medical medicine without license for medical medical leadership.

Ahir is said to have illegally provided medical services – a violation of the Californian business and professional code section 2052 – days after the indictment of violations of the same law and now continued with the term “doctor” and prefix “Dr.” has been charged. – A violation of Californian business and professional code in section 2052 (A)- the public prosecutor's office of the Ventura County stated on Monday.

In his previous indictment, Ahir allegedly practiced medicine without a license and represented himself as a doctor in rain Spine & Nerva in Ventura in the Ventura public prosecutor.

Judge David Hirsch did not make medicine that obtained medical business, tried to treat patients or to receive compensation for any form of medical work explicit conditions of his deposit, added the Ventura district.

According to the California Ministry of Consumer, Ahir is in no way medically licensed – including doctor, surgeon, nurse, nurse, chiropractor or another medical name – in California, and he is not a licensed doctor in another state in the country.

Both cases of Ahir are planned for an early conference on June 25, 2025 in the courtroom 12 of the Ventura County Superior Court, and he remains the deposit of 50,000 US dollars outside the public prosecutor's office of Ventura County.
