Family is looking for murder plants after the forensic doctor ruled that the death of Ohio's inmate was murder

The family of a 25-year-old man demands the employees who are involved in an incident who led to his death in a prison from Ohio in March in March to be charged with murder.

Ten Montgomery County prison workers were put in the paid administrative leave after the forensic doctor of Montgomery County described Christian Black's manner as murder, said Rob Streck, Sheriff of Montgomery County.

According to Ryan Julison, a spokesman for the law firm who represents his family, Black was arrested and booked into the prison of Montgomery County.

The next day, prison workers intervened after Black “with force and repeatedly hit his head against the door of his cell,” said Streck.

Monitoring camera video The family lawyers, who presented itself at a press conference on Monday, shows that officials are in front of a cell while Black repeatedly beats the door. He seems to hit his head against the door at least four times.

“At this point we will recognize that you can see in the video that Christian has a crisis, and we will see that the law enforcement authorities have to go in there and find a way to prevent him from harming yourself,” said lawyer Robert Gresham. “But our problem begins when you go into this specific cell, and ultimately you make a number of mistakes and decisions that make up what we consider intentional indifference and illegal use of violence.”

On Monday evening, the Sheriff's office did not immediately answer a request for a comment on the accusation of deliberate indifference and the illegal use of violence.

The video shows five Officers enter the cell and fight with black. In the cell, said Gresham, peppered with the officers with pepper and shocked him with an electropistol. However, the video played at the press conference does not clearly show this.

The video shows that officials take black out of the cell, stuck it to the ground and finally tie him up behind his back with his hands before put it on a security recovery chair.

The fight continues on the chair, whereby the officials put an anti-R mask on black and push their upper body forward in order to be able to remove the handcuffs and hold its arms back on the chair, the video shows.

“You can see that the printing officer attracts him, my understanding is that it becomes almost impossible for him to breathe,” said Gresham.

The video shows how Black's body apparently gets limp when the officials pull up his upper body and strap his arms on the chair.

Lawyer Michael Wright said: “He is dead at that time.”

Streck, the sheriff, said Black has lost consciousness in the chair. The medical employees carried out an HLW before being taken to a hospital, said Streck.

Two days later, on March 26, Black was declared dead.

A total of 10 officials were at various points between the time when they entered the cell and at the time when they finally followed black on the chair, according to the videos of the interaction that his family's lawyers played.

In a report from the forensic doctor's office, deputy medical professional Sean Swiatkowski said that the cause of death was most likely “mechanical and positional asphyxia” and ruled the nature of death as a murder, said Streck.

Gresham said black in the psychiatric area of the facility. Wright added that the employees only tried life -saving help 13 minutes after entering the cell.

The Sheriff's office did not immediately answer a request for a comment on the claim on Monday evening.

“These officers have not done anything here. You know better. You should do better,” said Gresham. “We don't think more than George Floyd how positional suffocation works.”

Misti Black, Christian's mother, said the incident should never have happened.

“Now, every time I see the video, I know that I will make him the last breath,” she said.

After he had been informed about the probable cause of death, Streck said that he had started all 10 employees who were involved in the incident in paid administrative leave.

“Since Mr. Black was in a critical condition and the physical violence was observed to hold it back, I asked the DAYTON police to examine the incident and to present their results to the public prosecutor,” said Streck. “This vacation is a procedural step and does not implied no guilt, misconduct or violations of the guidelines.”

The Dayton police confirmed that detectives examine the “use of violence incidents”.

“Detective that have been assigned to the murder unit examined this incident with the death of Christian Black and will present the case of the public prosecutor's office of Montgomery County after the examination,” said police spokesman James Rider in a statement.

The lawyers of the black family also carry out an independent examination, and Wright said they ask the 10 employees, stimulated, accused and be arrested and convicted for “murder of Christian black”.

Streck said that the Sheriff's office “fully worked together with all independent investigations” and that “after the conclusion of the criminal investigations there will be a thorough internal review and examination in order to ensure the accountability and transparency”.
