The family of a 25-year-old man demands the employees who are involved in an incident who led to his death in a prison from Ohio in March in March to be charged with murder.

Ten Montgomery County prison workers were put in the paid administrative leave after the forensic doctor of Montgomery County described Christian Black's manner as murder, said Rob Streck, Sheriff of Montgomery County.

Streck, the sheriff, said Black has lost consciousness in the chair. The medical employees carried out an HLW before being taken to a hospital, said Streck.

Two days later, on March 26, Black was declared dead.

In a report from the forensic doctor's office, deputy medical professional Sean Swiatkowski said that the cause of death was most likely “mechanical and positional asphyxia” and ruled the nature of death as a murder, said Streck.

Misti Black, Christian's mother, said the incident should never have happened.
