Memo shows that spy agencies do not believe that Venezuela sent the crime gang to aim at us

Houston, USA

A memo released on Monday showed that the US espionage agencies did not believe that Venezuela sent the gang tren de Aragua (TDA) to align America, contrary to the justification of President Donald Trump, to have called Anien Enemies Act (AEA) in order to deport the alleged gang members.

Trump decided to call the little used war law in March in the Second World War and to have deported almost 150 undocumented migrants, which were assumed that they were members of Tren de Aragua to a Supermax prison from El Salvador without proper procedures for obtaining a lawyer or a court hearing.

The new memo states that the various secret services did not believe that Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro Tren de Aragua controlled, which contradicted Trump's claim when, according to the New York Times, he called the law on Alien enemies.

“While Venezuela's permissible environment enables TDA to operate, the Maduro regime probably does not have a policy of working with TDA and does not direct the TDA movement to and operations in the United States,” says the memo.

The document was published by the Freedom of the Press Foundation by the director of the National Secret Service in response to an application to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

The government “In an interview with the New York Times almost immediately triggered the same information in response to a FOIA application,” said Lauren Harper, Chairman of the Foundation for Government.

“The declassification proves that the material should be public from the start and should not be used as an excuse to suppress information with the press,” said Harper, adding that the memo was contradictory to present its content by the Trump government as a bad threat to public security.

During his appeal, Trump said that Tren de Aragua committed crimes to destabilize the United States “in the direction, secret or in any other way, the Maduro regime in Venezuela”.

However, an investigation by the New York Times reported that the US secret service group had brought the results into circulation on February 26 that were drawn to the opposite conclusion, and assessed that the Venezuelan government and Tren de Aragua were opponents.

The newly published memo showed that the US Community has drawn its conclusion on the basis of several factors: Venezuelan security forces had arrested TDA Gang members and “involved in armed confrontations with TDA, which led to the murder of a few TDA members to kill the Venezolan government” treated Venezuelan government as a threat.

The memo also said that the FBI analysts agreed with the overall rating of the other espionage agencies that “some Venezuelan government officials make the migration of the TDA members from Venezuela to the United States”, most of the intelligence “Richter that regime executives are not in the United States are credible. “

The Ministry of the White House and the Ministry of Justice has not yet commented on the released intelligence company.
