Taiwan built submarine delivery in case of doubt about test delays, “Rohrlecks”

TaiwanThe first locally built submarine stood new doubts as to whether the ship could keep a delivery time in November to the island's navy because it had not yet started to attempts, with a new schedule was confirmed.
The Hai KunOr Narwhal, part of the IDS program for indigenous defense (Taiwan), was originally carried out in April before the start of Sea Acceptance Tests (SAT). Despite the military promise earlier, there had been no signs of progress until the end of the month.

The former naval captain Kuo HSI, who worked as a building consultant for the project, said in a recent live streaming on social media that repeated failures of the pipeline system had led to flooding in departments, which forced foreign test teams to hire work.

“Pipes have broken or were pulled again,” said Kuo recently on a political talk show on social media. “Do you know how often water has fallen into the shark Kun?”

He added that the ship had not yet completed its port acceptance test, a prerequisite for going on to the sea. “There are more than 4,000 checkpoints for the integrated platform management system [IPMS]But fewer than 400 were tested, ”said Kuo in the program.

“So far, not even 10 percent. And you think it can go at sea in April?”
