It is May, and that means that it is time for the baseball playoffs from Nchsaa and Ncisaa State.

While we play in the post -season, eight teams Fayetteeville and their respective conferences are represented in the playoffs.

Terry Sanford secured the seed no. 2 in the NCHSAA 3A Ost, while Cape Fear is in 7th place in No. 7. Gray's Creek won the United 8 Conference tournament and was accommodated in No. 9 in the 4a costs, and Freedom Christian took No. 2 in Ncisaa 2a.

Here are the 15 top baseball players in the playoffs of the Nchsaa and Ncisaa. Statistics come from Maxpreps.com.

Caden Jeffrey, Cape Fear – The ASS of COLTS is sixth in strikes at 71 in the season in 3A.

Josh Mozingo, Terry Sanford – The ECU commit had an outstanding season and has the numbers to secure them. Mozingo occupies eighth place in the stroke average and reached fourth place in runs (31) in 457, third place in stolen bases (24) and the 14th in a basic percentage (0.552) in the entire 3a east.

Johnathan Pate, Terry Sanford -Pade was one of the top winners and helped the Bulldogs for another season with 20 wins. The reigning All American Conference Pitcher of the year is third in the year seven of the year.

Brycen Talley, Cape Fear – Talley's consistent goal was one of the best in the state this season. He occupies fifth place in the 3a costs in the Homeruns (4) and runs (30).

Mason Walker, Terry Sanford -Walker has so far put together an all-round effort for the Bulldogs as a junior. It sits in 13th place in the 3A cost on average (.437) and No. 1 in RBIS (32).

Parker Wallace, Cape Fear – Wallace was one of the best rackets in the region this season. The Sophomore kept an average of 0.542 blow, which took second place in the 3A costs.

David Ramsey, South View -The Tiger -Ace is bound in the victories (8), fifth place in strikes (72) and the 15th in the ERA (0.96) in the 4A costs.

Gunner Sterling, Gray's Creek – Sterling specializes in the base. Its basic percentage is in the 4A-East (.584) and it is fourth in runs (31).

Ryan Tempel, pine forest – Temple is number 14 in the 4a cost in the ERA with 0.93 in over 37 innings.

Ja'lynn Thomas, Kiefernwald – The Citadel commit took ninth place in the 4a cost on average (.451), the second in runs (34) and No. 12 in RBIS (25).

Christian Alleman, freedom Christian -The top slugger of the team has a slugging percentage of 0.757, a team high in Triple (4) and three homes.

Eli Corney, freedom Christian – Corney leads the Ncisaa 2A class in runs with 45, second in stolen bases (31)

Eli Guinn, village Christian – Guinn is located in Ncisaa 2a in Homeruns with six, fifth in runs (33) and first in stolen bases (34).

Graysen Stafford, Freedom Christian – Stafford is probably one of the best slugers in the state and in the entire state of RBIs in public and private schools. Number 1.

Alonzo Webster, freedom Christian – Webster is second in the Ncisaa 2a in runs with 40 a year, No. 2 in RBIS (30) and sixth in Homeruns with three a year.
