Apple Watch SE 3 typed to get a larger display: Here is what is to be expected

Apple presented Watch SE for the first time in 2020, followed by a second generation model in 2022 with 1.57-inch and 1.73-inch display options. A new report now indicates that Apple is developing the Watch SE 3, which is expected to have slightly larger 1.6-inch and 1.8-inch displays, which does a possible update and screen size for the budget-friendly smartwatch.

According to analysts Ross Young via 9to5macApple has started to produce the displays of the Apple Watch SE 3, which are available in 1.6-inch and 1.8-inch sizes-slightly larger than the current SE 2 models, which indicates minimal ad changes. However, Apple can combine these screens with a newly designed, slimmer chassis, which may be more precisely aligned with the options of the 38 -mm and 42 -mm sizes of older Apple Watch models.

In the past, the SE -Line has taken over design elements from previous flagship clocks, and the SE 3 can follow the example by solving either series 7 or the newer series 9. While earlier reports indicated that Apple could switch from aluminum to a plastic frame at lower costs in order to reduce the costs. Bloombergs Mark Gurman reports that the cost effectiveness of this change is examined, and Apple can initially stick to the aluminum body.

In the software front, the Apple Watch SE 3 will start with Watchos 12, which enables performance improvements and possibly an interface inspired by Visionos. These updates aim to improve the user experience and functionality across the board.

The new SE model can also see improvements in health tracking, an area in which former SE clocks have remained. While there are currently no advanced functions such as EKG, Sleepapnoe recognition and temperature sensors, Apple can add some of them from the 10 line -up, especially if the 11 still introduces more demanding health instruments.
