TN Health Dept found Mats, Grime in Nashville Restaurant Inspections

  • The Tennessee Ministry of Health carried out 1,917 restaurant inspections in Nashville in April.
  • Thirteen restaurants received initial scores of 65 or lower and triggered follow-up inspections.
  • Most restaurants significantly improved their results in the new inspection.

The Tennessee Ministry of Health carried out 1,917 inspections of restaurants, food trucks and other kitchens in Nashville in April. Most received high grades, with 420 facilities achieving a perfect score.

However, not all restaurants have rated so well. The 13 restaurants in Nashville are listed below, which received a score of 65 or lower in the first April inspections.
