A prototype from DJIS 360-degree camera licks online

Lecks with an alleged prototype of a 360-degree camera of Action CAM and drone manufacturer DJI appeared online. Many thanks to Tippste Hakasushi And Igor Bogdanov (aka @quadro_news), details, pictures and even a quick starting guide to the alleged device were shared on X so that everyone can see.

Based on the materials provided, the 360-degree camera DJI speculates, which is referred to as OSMO 360-with a compact, square design with two 180-degree cameras on the front and back. It is also found that it is about 6.5 cm wide and 9 cm tall, while its thickness (although not specified) seems to be about 2 cm. An LCD display is also visible on the back of the device.

Further remarkable features are a tripod assembly on the floor and a battery compartment on the side. Hakasushi believes that the OSMO 360 could use the same battery type (interchangeable) as DJI campaign 3, 4 and 5 models. In addition, the seepage-leaked quick start manual of the camera contains the mentions of the microSD storage, a USB-C connection for loading and data transmission as well as Wi-Fi 6- and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity.

It is unclear whether a financial version of the OSMO 360 is actually in production. Separated, droonexls Jasper Ellens Speculates that DJI may not bring this camera onto the market. After all, the leaked device is a prototype, and the likelihood that this phase will never run out is plausible.
