The top-class Karen Read court proceedings will come on Tuesday on the 10th day of the certificate. A retired police force is expected to return to the stand.

The former Canton police -lt. Paul Gallagher started his testimony on Monday afternoon and answered questions about how evidence of 34 Fairview Road was collected after John O'keefe was found in front of the house in the snow.

It is expected to take up his certificate again on Tuesday morning.

Read is accused of having met O'keefe, her friend of the Boston police officer, with her SUV in 2022 and die him alone in the snow outside a house party in Albert.

Her defense team said she was the victim of a huge police conspiracy and O'keefe was fatally beaten by another law enforcement officer on the party.

A Mistrial was explained last year after the jury could not achieve a unanimous judgment.
