Man detained for participation in the bribe scandal – Hfm

A former head of construction companies from husbands Bosworth was detained for participation in a 2 -millions -pfund -pfund -broom scandal.

Richard King from the RK building engineering was participated in two former employees of the Eon Energy Company to secure lucrative contracts at a large housing estate in Devon.

The 51-year-old was one of six people who were convicted of participation in the criminal conspiracy, which included bribery, money laundering and fraud.

The bribes that took place between 2011 and 2015 accepted many different forms, including payments, the transfer of ownership to desirable vehicles, false references and wage recovery for mortgage and rental applications, remains in hotels and even air conditioning.

King owed himself guilty of cheating due to false representation and two allegations of bribery and was detained at the Winchester Crown Court for two years and five months.

Tim Burton from the Crown Pralities Service said: “This is a case of serious corruption and was in the energy sector, in which the accused abused and undermine the integrity of the industry.

“We are determined to work with the investigators in order to eradicate company fraud and corruption of companies and to bring those responsible for the judiciary.

“We will also try to pursue money or assets that are gained through this crime with our proceeds from the crime department.”

RK building engineering was liquidated in 2020.
