Mauricio Umansky gives a major update after serious injury

Mauricio Umansky is back in business.

Nine weeks after he had suffered a serious skiing accident in Aspen, Colorado, Kyle Richards Kyle Richard's “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” published an update on Instagram to let the fans know that he is doing well.

The post came a little more than two months after Umansky was operated on due to a broken collarbone.

In a video that was published on its social media page in May 2025, the 54 -year -old Umansky was seen in the Monarch Athletic Club in West Hollywood. The film material showed that Umansky worked with a medicine ball and swings with an illuminated sign “Picture Me Naked” behind him.

“Working in a ranking way to make your shoulder strong again,” Umansky labeled the post. “9 weeks since my accident. Let go of Gooooo.”

The fans reacted with support for Umansky in the middle of his recovery.

Umansky's accident took place on February 14th. At that time he shared photos after being carried off the mountain after the crash of a skipatrouille in Aspen. In an Instagram story, Umansky revealed that he had to operate on his collarbone.

“It was a clean break,” he told the fans. “I carried a helmet and that definitely saved me.”

In a later Instagram update, he shared a picture of his “Bionic Clever Bone -Metals Platte Plus and 12 screws”. He also posted a photo from a physiotherapy meeting at Aspen Sports Medicine.

“Long path to recovery,” he labeled his post. “It's about the journey and the attitude. I feel blessed and happy. There are many things that can go wrong in life. I was saved.”

Richards spoke on February 18 during an Amazon Livestream accident about Umansky's accident. “He is relaxing,” she told her fans when she was asked about her ex. “He had a plate in his shoulder and operates in need. But he's fine.”
