The Northway crash was charged in 2012, which went back to court

A man who was convicted of a fatal Northway crash from 2012 could lead back to prison.

New Schannel 13 has learned that Dennis Drue will appear on Tuesday before the County Court in Saratoga for a separate case.

The exact load is still unclear. However, the case is separated from the last month, where Drue was found in Colony in Crosssings Park after hours after hours, and then gave the police a wrong name. The indictment was later fallen after his lawyer pointed out that Drue gave his real name when an officer gave him a chance.

Drue served nine years in prison for a Northway crash in 2012, in which two Shenendehowa students were killed and two other teenagers were injured. He had ruthlessly driven and was under influence at that time.

He remains on probation until 2028.
