Dui suspects after a fatal rollover crash in Laughlin

After a deadly rollover crash last month, a man looks in Laughlin with several crimes in which 10 people were involved.

Thomas Bernoudy Jr. 34 is recorded in the County detention center under the following charges: Dui, which leads to death and considerable loss of body, ruthless driving, which leads to death and considerable body loss, neglect of children and endangerment, failure to keep travel sust, an unregistered vehicle and untouched vehicles.

At 3:15 p.m. on April 27, the crash was known on the State Route 163, also known as Laughlin Highway, near Mile Marker 8, according to a press release from Nevada Highway Patrol.

According to the investigator, Bernoudy drove a 2005 Dodge Durango into the median before the SUV overturned and several unbridled passengers were thrown out of the vehicle.

Several children were among the 10 people in Durango, the police said. Tierra Haywood, 31, from Las Vegas, was declared dead at the scene. She sat down on the right passenger seat when the crash occurred. Others in the crash were taken to the hospital, the police said, but their conditions were not disclosed.

The police say that Bernoudy showed signs of impairment. He received a deposit of $ 100,000 and his next court date is planned for May 22nd.
