Arrest warrant for the man who is charged with hate crimes

For a man who was accused of harassing a police officer from Park City with hate speeches in December for hate speech, an arrest warrant was issued.

The 35 -year -old Calvin Rawe was to be released for the first time on April 18, but according to documents that were submitted last week before the Third District Court. In response to this, judge Richard Mrazik issued an arrest warrant against the immediate arrest of RAWE and killed a deposit of 500 US dollars.

Rawe, whose last known speech is in Alpine, Wyoming, was charged in March for harassment. The charges, which include improving hate crime, is based on a criminal investigation of the threats that Rawe allegedly aimed at striking ski -ski -patrouiller from Park City.

Court documents state that a witness who was involved in the work dispute received an impending call on December 30th. “During this, in which the caller had become angry and used vulgar words for female parts of the body and threatened to harm resorts and transgender people and those who were involved with the strike.”

Park City Police Department SGT. Zachary Nakaishi received the caller's phone number and confirmed that it belonged to Rawe.

In a subsequent call with RAWE to discuss the witness's claims, Rawe “deceptively deceived” the ignorance of the situation. “Then his words turned into anti-policy defamation” and a “tirade” homophobic incomparations that are directed against Nakaishi. Rawe Nakaishi's inquiries reported to quit, and the official finally ended the call.

“The accused (rawe) called Sgt. Nakaishi later on this day and left a message that claimed that Sgt. Nakaishi called and threatened him and that the call of the SGT.

Rawe called Nakaishi for the second time on January 1st and let another message “claim that he knows nothing about the original case”. Then he mainly focused on Nakaishi's alleged Japanese heritage.

Rawe called and left a message that wanted to speak to Nakaishi for the third time on January 4th.

“The defendant asked a fourth time on January 5 … to complain that several officials had appeared in his house and that he had spoken to them about his ring doorbell system and that he was not even there, and the police despised that he was in Park City all the time. “Then he relegated to another abusive message that was filled with racist names.”

The Sheriff's Office of the Summit County has charged Rawe for harassing electronic communication. The crime is an offense of class A, but “hate crimes” is an improvement factor in the event.

Rawe has temporarily planned a make-up appointment for 11 a.m. on June 13th. Court documents do not indicate whether the date changes if it is taken into custody beforehand.
