Trump's first 100 days

In the first 100 days of President Donald J. Trump's new administration, significant political shifts have started to improve health care and the federal government of the federal administration, with a strong focus on tax cuts, immigration and serious reductions – including 20,000 layoffs at HHS.1 In the meeting “The first 100 days: important insights into the new administration and congress”, the political experts emphasized how the administration has dismantled the reform of health care compared to Trump's first term, but instead emphasized regulatory rollbacks, the restructuring of HHS and the reversal of the guidelines of biden-A-era.

“I think a lot of what we learn are in public news reports [and] In anecdotal reports, ”said Ashley Flint, a director of political practice Avalerer Health.“ I think that will be something that will develop in the coming days, weeks and months. The second piece we will allude to is the arrangement of drug prices that we saw about 2 weeks ago Place of drug prices. “

The most important health-related developments include an implementation regulation on drug prices to improve Medicare negotiations and combat competitive practices, an examination of pharmaceutical oils and significant reforms of medicaid reforms as part of a wider strategy to reduce the expenses and to expand the tax cuts of the Trump era Train tribe era tax cuts

In addition, administration has the implementation of the Inflation Reducation Act, in particular in the design of Medicare drug price negotiations for 2026 to 2028, and the concerns about the company and access concerns for patients and providers.

Ki's role in the pharmacy

Artificial intelligence (AI) played a comprehensive role in many discussion topics at ASX25. In a session entitled “AI and its effects on healthcare and pharmacy – an introduction”, Harry Travis, President of the Travis Group, said how KI dramatically redesigned the pharmacy landscape in order to reduce the workload of the pharmacy by up to 75%.2

“Every recipe, regardless of how complicated it is or how simple it is, has to go through a number of steps to maintain the recipe in the patient's hands,” said Travis. “If you look at each of these steps in the cold light of a technical point of view, each step is a technician or a service representative who answers questions and shifts this file across the board.”

During a panel discussion, the pharmacy guides discussed the growing role of telegesenship and AI in fulfilling the developing patient needs.3 The discussion participants emphasized the value of Telehealth when increasing access to timely care, but found that state regulations and administrative burdens continue to restrict the full potential of such models. With regard to the future, the committee agreed that AI will be of crucial importance for the tightening of health care, the decision-making process, the reduction of administrative workload and the support of more personalized patient care.

In a session entitled “How the Patient era as payers” changes access and affordability of the patient, the discussion participants underlined the potential of AI and technology in combating the growing stress patients in a “patient-as-payer” system.4 If the prescription costs rise and cover becomes more restrictive, the need for technically capable, coordinated solutions is becoming increasingly urgent.

Experts emphasize that technologies such as AI rationalize patient support services that automate registration and approval processes and create seamlessly, retail experiences at the pharmacy switch. By integrating data in the entire health ecosystem, these innovations can help to determine gaps in care, to personalize the support of the affordability and to ensure that patients remain in the therapy.

“I was really inspired by many of our partners and many CEOs who use innovators not only AI, but also other solutions,” said John Daly, Head of North America Patient Support Services, Sanofi. “How do we integrate this into the doctor workflow? How make it easier to enable the providers, RSQ, [regulatory, scientific, and quality] Partner, in the entire chain? How do we make it easier in the workflow to ensure that these solutions are on the fingertips and ultimately enable patients to start and stay with the therapy? “
