Homeowner due to murder in the death of the student during the alleged slump due to murder

Spotsylvania, va. – – A man in Virginia was given a second degree in connection with the death of 18-year-old Michael Bosworth Jr.

The 27-year-old Tyler Chase Butler from Spotsylvania County was arrested on Tuesday for a second degree murder, malicious wound and two uses of a firearm.

The Spotsylvania County police confirmed that Butler was the homeowner, who allegedly shot on three young people in the McKenzie Lane area on the morning of May 3.

Officials of the sheriff office of the sheriff of Spotsylvania County say that 18-year-old Michael Bosworth Jr. and two young people were in the backyard of a house on the McKenzie Lane around three in the morning on Saturday and tried to break into the house when they were confronted by the homeowner.

Bosworth was shot and killed. One of the other boys was wounded in the shots.

The neighbors tell Fox 5 that they heard up to eight shots and that the teenagers tried to break into other houses on the street that night.
