According to MPs, the crash occurred on Monday around 1:04 p.m. in the Peach Orchard Road and Tobacco Road.

According to the crash report, a pickup from 2002 drove to the south in the Peach Orchard Road in the direction of Tabakstrasse, while a 2008 Hyundai Elantra moved north on the Peach Orchard Road.

Jones, the driver of the pickup, said he was in front of him and turned left when his travel direction had the green left arrow.

According to the report, the driver of the Elantra said that their side of the street had a green light. She said when she approached the intersection, the traffic light changed in yellow and she had time to make it.

The two vehicles collided when picking up according to the report tried to turn.

There were two adults and a child who were later identified as Camden in the Elantra. According to officials, Jones was the only person in picking up.

The MPs say that all three passengers were taken to a hospital in the Elantra, where Camden was declared dead in the emergency room later at 1:50 p.m.

Officials say that Jones, the driver of the pick -up, was blamed for the crash due to failure to result in turning to the left.

According to Richmond County's prison, Jones was arrested by Tuesday afternoon, although precise charges were not immediately announced.

The crash report states that Camden was in a properly used children's retention system when crashed.

According to the Richmond County Coroner, an autopsy is planned for Camden.

The MPs continue the investigation.
