5-star-offensive truck recruits Immanuel Iheanacho Trending to Oregon Ducks

Oregon Ducks's offensive coordinator becomes Stein, offensive line coach A'lique Terry, and the coach of Wide Recevers Ross Douglas on Monday a visit to five-star-offensive Tackle Immanuel Iheanacho, and the elite recruit published a photo of himself, his parents and the Oregon coaches on social media.

Iheanacho labeled the picture: “Duck love.”

Shortly after visiting the ducks to see iheanacho, Steve Wiltfong from On3 stated that Oregon is considered a leader in the recruitment of iheanacho. Oregon trainer Dan Lanning and his employees had previously signed a commitment of the five-star-offensive-dackle Kodi Greene, but he made his decision on April 24 to the Washington Huskies.

As a result, it seems as if Oregon turns the heat up even more on iheanacho. The ducks recruited iheanacho, Greene and five-star-offensive tackle Jackson Cantwell to strengthen the offensive line through the recruitment class of 2026.

In April, iheanacho to Brian Dohn from 247sports said the ducks in his recruitment and that he could be closer to the behavior than he once thought.

“Oregon is now my No. 1 and LSU is No. 2. I initially intended to commit myself in August. I think I can probably commit myself for a month and a half for the next month. I would like to take a few official visits before I do.

The elite offensive Tackle Prospect has official visits to Alabama, Maryland, Penn State and Oregon in summer. Will iheanacho do all of these trips before he commits?

According to the 247Sports' Composite ranking, Cantwell and Iheanacho are the two upper offensive branches in the 2026 class. Greene is the number 4 in the same ranking, with the Felix Ojo with five-star-offensive lineman Felix Ojo above him.

Will the ducks be able to land one of these elite offensive lines? After the five-star quartersback Jared Curtis hired the Georgia Bulldogs via Oregon, the dynamics in Cantwell's recruitment apparently shifted in favor of Georgia and coach Kirby Smart.

The ducks had chosen both offensive tackles in the NFL design of 2025: Josh Conerly Jr. (No. 29, Washington Commanders) and Ajani Cornelius (No. 204, Dallas Cowboys). With an offensive offensive tackle in the first round of the design and another in the sixth round, the ducks can certainly sell recruits for development.

However, a number of other factors can adhere to the decision of a potential customer such as relationships with trainers, the proximity at home, names, image and similarity (NIL) or even relationships with other players in a specific program.

According to On3, Oregon currently has recruitment class No. 8 in 2026. Adding an elite recruit like Iheanacho will certainly help the ducks to get back into the top 5.
