Woman scored and killed while driving into orange SUV

A woman was shot in Orange on Tuesday morning on Tuesday morning, the authorities said.

The woman drove south to the Highland Street with a Honda SUV and approached the DEL Mar Avenue when a uninhibited male male fired several rounds in the vehicle at around 12:30 p.m., reported the orange police authority.

“She drove the car in a low -income district with a high density, a kind of our gang district,” said Lt. Phil McMullin from the orange police department.

The woman and her passenger, another woman in the 20s, set off and turned and turned when the shooter opened the fire, said McMullin.

The friend lives in orange, but the victim, whose name was not immediately published, lives in another city of Orange County, said McMullin.

The two had no obvious reason to be in the neighborhood when the passenger who was injured lived elsewhere in the city, said McMullin.

The woman was declared dead at the crime scene.

The suspect fled from the scene on foot, but there was no further description available.

The shootout occurred in the same place where Victor Manuel Trinidad was opened against the police in November, said McMullin. The investigators are “sought from door to door to things like cameras, witnesses, all the evidence that has been left behind,” said McMullin.

“We haven't had a murder for two years,” McMullin told City News Service.

Anyone who has information about killing was asked to call the department under number 714-744-7571. Anonymous tips can be given to Orange County Crime Stopper at 855-847-6227 or Occrimestoppers.org.
