Man who accused Miami News, Weather, Sport

Miami (WSVN) – A man who is accused of describing the civil servant as a one -month crime stroll in North Miami comes into the criminal phase because he was involved in the death of two people in North Miami.

In the past month, Anhwan Ragan was found to be guilty for the first degree murder after the surveillance material showed that he had a fire in the stairwell of a Motel 7 in 2013 against 21-year-old Luis Perez in the stairwell.

“Mr. Ragan, guilty of the intentional murder of the first degree.” Said Mendez.

Ragan smiled cameras after he found out that he was convicted last month.

He appeared in court on Tuesday because the same jurors who found him guilty determine his punishment.

“The punishment for this crime is either life in prison without the possibility of probation or the death penalty,” said Marisa Tinkler Mendez, judge of the Miami-Dade Circuit Court.

Several witnesses stood on the stand on Tuesday, including Ragan's father and uncle, with the tensions climbing at some points when Ragan screamed his father and lawyer over the courtroom.

“Yes, I do that. Dear,” Ragan's uncle replied when he was asked if he loved his nephew.

His father confirmed that he had also retained his relationship with Ragan, who led to his arrest.

A woman who testified another victim of Ragan told about the time when she robbed the royal castle that she had worked on in 2013.

“I told him:” Keep on and shoot me, but you will be caught, “she said.

She remembered that Ragan focused and threatened to shoot her during the robbery.

“Not only did the type point the weapon to me, he also told me that I would shoot myself,” she said. “It was a very crazy situation and I always think, maybe on that day I could have had the end of my life.”

Officials said Perez 'death was part of a one -month crime of Ragan.

In another case, he is also charged less than two weeks after Perez in 2013 in connection with the fatal shootout of 10-year-old Aaron VU and the wounding of VU's father in a nail salon by North Miami.

The surveillance video recorded the moments when shots from a salon in North Miami emerged. The authorities say that he and another man went nails in Hong Kong, armed with weapons and demanded money from the register and customers.

Then she shot into the shop and fled the scene to fatally meet Aaron. The boy's father and owner of the shop, Ham Nam Vu, survived the shootout and told court in court at the beginning of the last month.

Court completed for Tuesday. Jurors are expected in the jury room with a decision on the conviction on Wednesday morning. Ragan is also expected to take a position.
