Man who has charges after the crash

Salyersville, Ky. (Wymt) – A man from Magoffin County is charged after the police have announced that he was under the influence of the district when he crashed.

On April 29, it happened to US 23 near a double kwic in Floyd County.

The police said that both vehicles involved in the crash had suffered serious damage.

The man was brought to Highland's Arh for treatment, where the police asked him.

The police said he couldn't keep his eyes open to speak to them.

They said his arms showed signs of drug abuse.

The police arrested John Mullins from Saltyersville.

Mullins was charged with the following:

  • Operation of a motor vehicle under influence
  • Driving from Dui Suspended license – 2.
  • Driving without a driver's license/ negligence in an accident
  • Do not wear seat belts

According to the arrest quotation, the police learned that Mullins had 18 Duis.

The police said Mullins had not worn a seat belt at the time.
