Lions' Ace Madilynn Boyce threw a jewel to become the 26th pitcher in the history of New Jersey to record 1,000 career strikes. Boyce hurled a complete game with 18 strikeouts to reach the milestone. Julie Fronteras RBI at the end of the sixth was the only goal.
