Two men shot on Tuesday afternoon

Oakland – According to the Oakland Police Department, two men were shot on Franklin Street on Tuesday afternoon.

The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. near the 1400 block of Franklin Street, the authorities said.

The officials were nearby when the shots belonged and the two male victims localized, the authorities added. The victims were taken to a hospital for treatment for treatment. The conditions of the victims were not immediately known.

The two victims and possibly other people were involved in a confrontation before the shootout, the authorities said. The police have not yet said what the confrontation was about. No arrests were announced.
