What is Bihar Bhumi scandal and why does it make it political excitement? Fake documents, over 15 illegal structures and a lot – here we know news24 –

A land fraud has appeared with regard to the 2.53 hectare property of Ramnagar Estate in the Bhagwan Bazaar in Chhapra. On the basis of fake documents, lively constructions were carried out in the country, and 10-15 single and two-story houses and a similar number of shops have already been built. While some shopkeepers say that they have built their shops themselves, others give recognition to the late Raja Manmohan Vikram Shah alias Ram Raja.

Despite this intervention, almost a Bigha Land is free. The country also has an old court and real estate office, on which fake documents are also supposedly prepared. After a court -authorized family division of 1943 in Motihari, the country passed to Panchseeta Maharani, the wife of Ram Raja. Since then it has been in the name of her descendants Shiv Vikram Shah, Nari Vikram Shah, Hari Vikram Shah and Manmohan Vikram Shah and then their children: Manohar Vikram Shah, Madhukar Vikram Shah, Dhananjay, Madhukar Vikram, Dhananjay, Madhukar Vikram, Madhukar Vikram, Dhananjay, and then.

The country is properly registered in its name in the registration of Chhapra Municipal Corporation and Sadar Land. Up to 2025, land revenues were issued regularly, Vashishtha Tiwari. The additional collector's engineer Mukesh Kumar on orders from the district judge has initiated an investigation in detail. He checks documents, serial use of the same document number, fake signatures, buyer and seller names, documentary authors, witnesses and the officials themselves.

The investigation has discovered the participation of lawyers, doctors, local leaders and Landmafias. Fake documents were reportedly carried out by drawing references from Chhapra, Champaran, Varanasi and other places. Surprisingly, many fake documents were derived from official records that have disappeared from the registration documents. In order to avoid further interference, digitization processes were accelerated.

Records from 1990 and until 1968 in Chhapra have already been digitized. Previously, FIRS were submitted for such fraud in relation to the records of 1934, 1964 and 1983. Registrar Gopesh Chaudhary said that he had committed himself to cleaning the office since his appointment in July 2023 and actively reports irregularities to the authorities.
