Several suspected fentanyl dealers who were charged in Colorado

Denver (KKTV) – On Tuesday, the US public prosecutor said in Colorado that the Grand jury had returned a indictment that has five people who distributed fentanyl several times between June 2024 and April 2025.

Officials said 36-year-old Exor Omar Villanueva Raudales, known as “Brian”, 32-year-old Alex Yubini Canaca Calix, 21-year-old Luis Fernando Banega Moncada, 38-year-old Alejandro Torres Ochoa and 34-year-old Juan Carlos Sosa Villanueva were accused.

According to civil servants, the indictment claimed in a number of cases in which one or more of the suspicious fentanyl pills had distributed.

Officials said that four of the incidents affected Rodales, who worked alongside Calix, Moncada and Villaneuva. They also said that two of the Ochoa involved, who one day worked alone and another day with Raudales and Villanueva.

Officials said suspicious Moncada, Ochoa and Villanueva were Honduran citizens without permission in the United States. Officials said they all appeared in front of a federal court on April 29 and were imprisoned after hearings before the US district court.

The law firm said Raudales was still at large, and Calix was deported due to illegal presence.
