Ms. von Alligator killed in Florida Lake | US messages

A woman was killed by an alligator in a lake in central florida, the authorities said.

The attack occurred, while the woman on Tuesday around 4 p.m. (9 p.m. Great Britain) a small boat near the mouth of the Tiger Creek Stream in Lake Kissimmee, south of Orlando, shared the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC).

The woman went into the water and was only seen again until her body was recovered nearby, the commission said in a statement.

The deputies and marine units of the Sheriff from Polk County helped in the search.

The sheriff's office said that the woman was in a kayak with a closed fuselage and another person who was not reported injured.

However, a spokesman for the Commission said that the agency believes that the woman who was killed was in a canoe that has an open fuselage.

The investigators have not published any details about the attack or the alligator. A contractual harassment alligator was sent to the region.

There is no direct reports that the animal had been found on the attack.

In Florida, serious injuries from alligators are rare, officials said.

FWC manages a disturbing alligator program to remove creatures that are assumed to be a threat to humans, pets or property.
