Rio Rancho, Nm – We see a new video of moments before a police officer was arrested in New Mexico.

The Rio Rancho police said that 33-year-old Hugo Diaz Amaya was involved in two accidents last Friday and tried to get away. Nobody was injured.

Before Kob 4 received this video, the Rio Rancho police announced that there were visible signs that Amaya had affected. He had blood -called aqueous eyes, blurred speech and stumbled when he went.

“I come to the intersection and he tried to push the vehicle and he turns the S *** out of it. So I pulled myself behind him and then some people tell me, he was, he ran up the street. He ran and came back.”

This representative of Sandoval County talks about Diaz Amaya, a name that seemed a little familiar to the Rio Rancho police.

Rio Rancho's police said he is involved in two accidents. The first near Santa Ana Casino and the second on Lincoln and enchanted hills in which the MPs saw his pickup pushed him. According to Diaz Amaya, however, he only remembers once when he crashed.

In the rever video, Diaz Amaya stumbled several times before the police decided that they had seen enough.

Diaz Amaya is on the administrative leave from Tuesday evening. It was released with conditions and was suspended several fees, including DWI and ruthless driving.
