Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is called 2024-25 NBA MVP. He was the leading scorer of the league. He played for the team that had the most victories. He also had the highest esteemed plus minus this season (one of the most trustworthy Catch all metrics in NBA front offices).

He is a worthy winner of the award, but also plays in the middle of the statistical run of the best half decades.

And the author of this peak, Nikola Jokić, may have had his best single season, which was in the foreground in a triple-double and the SGA both with efficiency and net assessment fluctuations (the difference between the net points of a team per 100 possessions if a certain player is up or off the floor).
